Terms of Sale
These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) apply to all purchases of digital products (including workbooks, guides, and resources) and workshops/case studies offered by Sana Mentoring Inc. (“Company”).
By completing a purchase on our website - you agree to these Terms.
1. PRODUCTS COVERED
1.1. Digital Products: downloadable workbooks, guides or other educational materials delivered in electronic format.
1.2. Workshops and Case Studies: live or pre-scheduled group sessions, delivered online or in person, as advertised on our website or through Company communications.
2. PAYMENT TERMS
2.1. All prices are listed in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes unless otherwise noted.
2.2. Payment must be completed in full at the time of purchase.
2.3. Accepted payment methods: credit card, debit card, or other payment platforms displayed on our website.
3. DELIVERY OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS
3.1. Digital products are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout or made available for direct download.
3.2. The Client is responsible for ensuring a valid email address and internet access.
3.3. All digital products are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. Redistribution, resale, or modification is prohibited without written consent from the Company.
4. WORKSHOP BOOKINGS
4.1. Workshop and case study registrations are confirmed once payment has been received.
4.2. Access details (location or online link) will be sent to the Client before the event.
4.3. The Company reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a workshop in case of unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the Client will be offered either:
A rescheduled date, or
A full refund.
5. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
5.1. Digital Products: All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once access has been granted.
5.2. Workshops/Case Studies: Registrations are non-refundable. If the Client cannot attend, no refund will be issued. At the Company’s discretion, the Client may be offered:
A credit toward a future workshop, or
Access to equivalent materials (if available).
5.3. If a workshop is cancelled by the Company, a full refund will be provided.
6. DISCLAIMERS
6.1. The Services are for educational and personal development purposes only. They are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.
6.2. Results may vary depending on individual participation and circumstances. No specific outcomes are guaranteed.
7. LIABILITY
7.1. The Company is not liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage or consequences arising from the use of digital products or participation in workshops.
7.2. By purchasing, the Client releases the Company from all liability related to results, interpretations or personal outcomes.
8. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Quebec.
